Tomorrow’s Imbolc Full Snow Moon is also the first Supermoon of the decade, occurring at 07:33 GMT when it will appear bigger and brighter than usual.

As I drove home tonight from The Glastonbury Gnostic Chapel after my Rose Priestess of Sophia-Magdalene Training, the Full Moon was rising above the Tor, shining her luminous light over the ancient Isle of Avalon.

The energies of this Full Moon are so multi-layered. We are still within the Imbolc portal, blessed by the Rose-Celtic Goddess Brigit’s fires of inspiration and waters of healing, which are especially linked to the witch-burnings, as I explore in my novel The Serpent’s Tale, which begins on Candelora.

The wisewomen-witches were so present in our workshop today, with the fires of both Brigit AND this Full Moon in Leo, the ruler of the Sun, shining brightly, creating the sacred marriage of masculine, Solar fire energy and feminine, Lunar water energy.

Our invitation during this Full Moon portal is to not only create this Sacred Marriage within us AND sexually with our lover, but to harness that fire energy within our Solar Plexus, to bring it up to our Heart Chakra, cracking it wide open, and then breathe out the flames of our Truth through our Throat Chakra, like the Dragon Queens and Lion Kings we are.

The patriarchs used fire and water to try to destroy us and the ancient wisdom of the Rose Lineage. This Full Moon, we are being asked to reclaim our own inner water (emotion) and fire (expression) in order to come more fully into our power as the Spiritual Warriors we were born to be at this time.
