Zac Du Boulay’s ‘Inspire Like Churchill’ COVID 19 Speech!

So proud of my disabled, autistic son who wrote this 300 word speech (2:44min film) to inspire other children who might be struggling during the pandemic.

When Zac was born with Moebius Syndrome and fighting for his life in intensive care, we were told he would never eat orally, speak or smile due to his facial and oral paralysis.

And here he is giving a speech as part of a global competition with the aim of raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children, where he had a 10 hour operation last year to give his paralysed face a smile, and where all high-risk children like Zac who need intensive care are being treated during the pandemic.
