Moon Trine Venus brings beautiful, loving, sensual, nurturing energy to our relationships with our lovers, family and friends.

After the intensity of the last few weeks, I am welcoming the energies of this transit with an open heart and arms.

If you can, gift yourself and your loved ones some respite from all your responsibilities and anxieties to spend some quality, loving time together, even if it has to be online due to isolating.

One of the most important lessons our family learned through our long-term experience of living in relative isolation with the constant threat of illness-death-loss, was to CREATE HAPPY MEMORIES through spending quality time together.

This is the perfect day to shower your loved ones with cuddles, kisses and kindness. Engage in a creative project together. Dance, sing, play music, paint, play games, craft.

And if you’re single then today is THE day to reach out online to that person who’s making your heart and sacral chakra flutter.

The flip side of suffering and death, is love and life. When my son was fighting for his life in intensive care, my ex-husband and I made love with a passion as if the energy of our love-making could somehow influence his ability to survive and thrive.

I appreciate that romance and/or sensual pleasure might be the last thing on your mind, but if you can connect with this energy inside you, then it can be a huge source of joy, comfort and positivity to balance out the shadow experiences.
